We believe that communication is important for a successful program, and that it should involve the community of parents, teachers, assistants, and the Preschool Director.
Input from parents is an important part of our program. Parents are welcome to visit at any time and are encouraged to volunteer to share their special interests with the children. At the beginning of each year parents are encouraged to serve on the parent board. Parent-teacher conferences are scheduled twice a year, one in the fall and one in the spring, and teachers will arrange additional conferences if parents desire. The Preschool periodically asks parents to complete confidential evaluations to assist us in having the best program possible. Monthly newsletters inform parents of activities, and special notices are sent home as needed.
The Preschool Director is always available to answer questions and to discuss concerns.
