First Time? ///

If you are considering attending one of our services, we want to make your visit as easy and enjoyable as possible. Just click the following links to get the information you need before you attend.

What to expect

How should I dress?
We're casual! Most folks wear jeans, a pair of khakis, or business casual; whatever you're most comfortable in.

What about my children?
Your children will have a blast in our exciting kids' programs designed just for them! (First time guests repeatedly tell us their children loved their experience and can't wait to return!) When you arrive, our welcome team will help guide you to the appropriate areas for your children. Or if you prefer, you are welcome to keep your children with you in the main worship service. It's your call!

Will anyone single me out or embarrass me?
No. You won't be asked to do anything that will make you feel uncomfortable. We'll greet you warmly, help you find your way around, and answer any questions you might have. A simple guest form is available to give us a brief record of your visit if you choose.

What kind of church is Grace United Methodist Church?

We are a healthy, balanced, and growing church. Everything we do and teach is based solely on the Bible and the person of Jesus Christ. Our worship music is similar to what you would expect to hear on a radio. Our band and choir is always bringing us new music to enhance the weekend's message. Come expecting to enjoy an exciting time of music that will change the way you think about church music.

What about Worship and Music?

Over and over, guests tell us our music is uplifting and inspiring.  We invite you to come, as you are, and worship together with other Christians who love God just as much as you do.  You might notice several things as the worship time begins at Grace.  Some people sing and clap their hands; others might lift their hands in adoration; some might simply listen to the music and reflect on the lyrics. Grace is a church where you can be who you are without fear of judgement.  You are sure to have a life-changing experience as you worship God in an environment that encourages free expression and a genuine emotional response to the presence of God's Holy Spirit!

After singing several worship songs, we take a few minutes to greet each other with a warm and friendly hug or handshake.  Next, you will experience engaging teaching from the Bible by pastor David Juliano. You'll find him to be relevant, authentic, and passionate about helping you to understand how the Bible applies to your life today. We don't water Scipture down . . . we humbly teach it with conviction and straightforward simplicity; so whether you're just tearing the plastic wrap off your first Bible, or whether you've read it cover to cover, you can grow and be challenged in your faith journey.

The teaching often features inspirational and engaging visuals and videos that make the service even more memorable and impacting. You'll always get something on Sunday you can use on Monday! And you'll leave uplifted, challenged and ready to experience the life God offers you through Jesus Christ.

Both the 9:30 & 11:00 am worship services typically last 60-70 minutes.
