The Hyatt and the Courtyard Marriott are directly across the street from one another so, if the bride and groom would like to stay at one hotel and the rest of the party stay at the other, this would be a good combination. The Residence Inn Marriott has two buildings across the parking lot of eachother, one building with normal hotel rooms and the other with only Suites.

Walking into the Hyatt Hotel gave me a feeling of comfort and peace. The room was spacious and welcoming.
The heated pool and hot tub was much needed and helped to relax and restore energy.
The bed was so comfortable and had so many soft pillows. I never stayed at a hotel before that provided you with so many pillows; it was nice not to have to call downstairs for additional pillows.
The complimentary continental breakfast was amazing. Fresh fruit, a wonderful selection of cereals, juices, bagels, fruit pasteries, etc. The hotel also had an option to purchace a full breakfast.

Bridal Specials are offered to include a complimentary suite and bottle of champagne as well as a complimentary meeting space for your social event when you confirm 10 guest rooms. Meeting space seats up to 60 guest. Catering is available. (Restrictions appply. Call for details)

Walking into the Courtyard Marriott was very relaxing and comfortable. The lounge has a cocktail vibe to it. Somewhere that your wedding party could go and relax in, catch up with family from out of town, etc. Rooms are single or double beds. Spacious rooms with mini fridge and the most comfortable beds. Swimming pool and hot tub were very quaint and relaxing.
In the lounge there is a room off to the side with a sofa and plush chairs that was so nice to take a load off. Service was friendly and welcoming. I even stoped by the gym and worked out for a while. Perfect hotel not only for the Bride and Groom but, for their families as well.
The Residnece Inn by the Orlando Marriott Lake Mary is offering special discounted group rates for ten or more rooms. Highlights of the package are that the Bride and Groom receive a complimentary suite for the wedding night with every 20 room night paid for at the group rate. As well as complimentarty shuttle to surrounding country clubs within a 5 mile radius, complimentary breakfast and evening social hour, and a complimentary custom web page for your guest to make reservations online.

Walking into the Residence Inn Marriott I felt a family atmosphere where a group can come and really rela. There are several seating areas inside but, there is also an outddoor seating area available that guests can utlize and even use the electric grill to have a cookout right next to the pool.
The room was spacious and modern. Having the seperate bedroom made all the difference in the world beause you could still enertain in the living room then retire to the bedroom. Huge sink and bathroom area. It was nice to have a full kitchen expecially if one plans on staying a few days. Little desk and kitchen area made it easy to keep the lap top up and running the entire time.
The beds were very comfortable with down comfoters and lots of soft pillows.
Complimentary breakfast was second to none. It included pancakes, waffle station, eggs, sausage, cereals, pasteries, potatoes, juices and coffee, fruits, and much more. |
